Introduction to the Wisconsin Purchasing Process
Description: 
The goal of this class is for participants to leave with a better overall understanding of State purchasing. We will: review legal and process framework for State purchasing, review automated procurement systems, provide tools and resources, discuss scenarios related to purchasing processes and ethical guidelines in procurement, and review key procurement policies.
